Educating for impact: shaping the future of sustainable hospitality

“When we increase the number of people who come here, how does it impact the residents? How does that impact the environment and the businesses, and how can we make sure that we do that right?”

— Paige P. Viren, Executive Director, Sustainable Hospitality and Tourism Management, College of Business at CSUMB
